Are You Achieving Your Maximum ROI?

I was an #Anaplan client when I worked in the private sector and utilized Anaplan for Budgeting, Forecasting and Sales goals (Core Models). 

Now that I am an Anaplan Consultant with #Allitix, and a Certified Model Builder, I can clearly see where I could have expanded my ROI as a client. With Anaplan, my past company could have saved time and money, while gathering more accurate data. Time spent gathering and sorting data could have been reallocated for a more efficient process and better analyses, and more accurate data can lead to easier and more successful decision making.

Here are just a few areas where the development and implementation of an Anaplan use case would have saved time, increased efficiencies and greatly increased the ROI on the Anaplan implementation:

In total, I estimate a ROI of approximately 66-83 hours and $4,000-$5,000 per month. While increased reporting accuracy and real time reporting ROI are difficult to quantify, these can be beneficial to all companies. Reallocating the time and money spent on these outdated processes can lead to more efficient and successful business processes.
