Inclusive Excellence: A Culture of DEI and the 10-Year Plan

Tarleton State University is taking thoughtful steps towards "inclusive excellence" so all students feel they belong. From a phone line dedicated to spanish-speaking students and families to a new VP of DEI, constant steps are creating a culture that will keep adapting and learning how to best serve and retain different demographics of students on campus.
